Matt Himelfarb, previously our President and General Counsel, has been appointed our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Matt brings to the CEO role a unique blend of skills and experiences that are particularly suited to navigating the complexities of today's automotive technology landscape. His major accomplishments include transitioning Vinli from its original business model into a leader of enterprise mobility software and closing the Vinli’s key partnerships.

Mark Haidar, Vinli's founder, will take on a new role as Chairman of the Board. Under Mark's leadership, Vinli grew from a startup to a leader in the connected vehicle space. His passion for innovation has been a driving force behind Vinli's success - and as Chairman, Mark will continue to provide strategic guidance, ensuring that Vinli continues on its growth trajectory.
